MARY LOU JESSOME

Mary Lou has nearly 20 years’ experience in working with companies and management teams, and has spent the past eight years assessing senior executive teams on behalf of Private Equity clients. She honed her assessment skills during the time she spent carrying out senior level searches on behalf of Private Banking clients around the world, working extensively in the Far East, India, Italy, the Middle East, and the US.

Prior to working in Executive Search, Mary Lou spent six years in Investment Banking with roles in both institutional sales and equity research. The early part of her career was spent working as an Editor for a large Legal & Tax Publisher.

She holds a degree in Biology from Queen’s University in Canada and an MSc in Change Management from HEC/Oxford University. She speaks French and Italian.
