Highwire performed the Management Due Diligence on Kester Capital’s investment into DC Byte, the leading data centre market intelligence and analytics provider. DC Byte is a fast-growing business founded by CEO Edward Galvin, who has built a highly differentiated subscription-based offering through its bespoke platform.
The investment will allow them to develop new markets and products and the team led by Ed is well-placed to capitalise on the strong organic growth.
